PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS

We are excited to offer multiple pre-conference workshops to suit a variety of educational needs. During registration, you will choose which workshops work best for you and your practice. Here are the course descriptions with links to more information. Note: a minimum of five registrants is needed for a workshop to be held. Registration must be completed by October 11, 2025. If a workshop does not meet the minimum required registrations, you will be refunded in full.

BOTOX AND FILLERS* - Normally $1,599 each, Our price $999 each

Botox and Dermal Fillers are two separate courses that are conveniently scheduled so you can complete both on the same day.

Prior to attending the in-person hands-on session you would complete a 4-hour virtual didactic lecture for each course from the comfort of your home/office. Virtual lectures are available after registration. Each course can be taken separately.

After completing your at-home studies, you'll perform a variety of injections/dermal fillers on live patients supervised by the Physician Faculty. Students may pair up to be each other's models if needed.

This course covers all aspects of PRP therapy. You'll master the composition of PRP, its mechanism of action, and the various growth factors involved. The course provides detailed protocols for different treatment areas, patient selection criteria, and strategies for combining PRP with other aesthetic procedures. By the end of the training, you'll be proficient in performing a wide range of PRP treatments, including facial rejuvenation, hair restoration, pain management applications, and sexual health therapies.

MINOR OFFICE PROCEDURES (3 CME) - Normally $250, Our price $200

2:00PM - 5:00PM, registration limited to first 30 paid registrations

This workshop will be taught in-person by Denise Ramponi, DNP, FNP-C, ENP-BC, FAANP, FAEN, and will include some of the most common minor procedures performed by Advanced Practice Providers. A didactic session will be followed with 'hands on' practice. Topics will include procedures such as digital blocks, finger/toe dislocations, nail trephination, foreign body removal, incision and drainage of abscess, tick removal, paronychia drainage, nursemaid’s elbow reduction, and a variety of eye, ear, and nose procedures.

All materials are included (abscess model, finger model, scalpel, syringe, needles, packing, umbilical tape, blue pads, non-sterile gloves, red needle box, etc.) for hands-on training. Kathy Baldridge, DNP,FNP-BC, FAANP, will be assisting during the hands-on portion to provide more one-on-one instruction and assistance.

Educational Program on Bayer IUDs (Intrauterine Devices): An Overview for New Learners - Free

1:30pm - 3:30pm

Free in-person workshop available Wednesday night from 6:00-8:00pm. Bayer cordially invites you to attend an IUD Educational Program presented by a Bayer Medical Educator, US Medical Affairs.

This educational program will review clinical information and placement steps for Mirena® (levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system) 52mg, Kyleena® (levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system) 19.5mg, and Skyla® (Levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system) 13.5mg.

Training for Insertion and Removal of Nexplanon - Free

4:00pm - 6:00pm

Free in-person workshop available Wednesday night from 6:00-8:00pm. Attend the FDA mandated training for insertion and removal of Nexplanon. Completion Certificate will be issued by Organon following the workshop.
